Love the double restaurant. KFC and Taco Bell. Baja Blast Mountain Dew is a favorite. Great service at this location.
Not enough gravy in my famous bowl
Great food but terrible service! I don’t think I’ve ever been here and got my order correct. They always forget something or give you the wrong items. Usually a long wait even for simple small orders. Have had to wait for orders and even then they’ll forget something. Ordered a bowl, they forgot the fork to eat it! Ordered chicken and biscuits, they forget the biscuits. Ordered chicken with BBQ sauce, they forget the BBQ sauce. Just seems like the quality control here is non-existent. Once I ordered a 3 piece tender instead of 6 and the lady gave it to me for free because she didn’t know how to adjust the price on the register lol.
I love KFC, but this location is awful. Service is so slow. They're always out of whatever it is I order. Then they say it will be a 10 minute wait and after waiting they then say it will be longer. My average wait is 45 minutes. I have gone to this location several times. I always wait and many times they have screwed up the order on top of waiting. I've even asked for manager and he never comes forward. Many of the staff are rude too. Like they're doing you a favor. This location needs better management and employees need to be trained better. They are the faces of this company. Very sad that this continues to be a problem. So unless you have an hour to wait, I'd choose another location. Always check your order before leaving too. I order a 20$ fill (8 PC's chicken meal), which isn't a large order either.
If I could give a negative star I would. This place needs a do- over. Training, food safety, and competent management. No food, unsanitary eating while preparing your food, tables filthy, crew socializing,while management hides in the office.... There is no direction.. Just a circus! What a joke. I'm done with this location!
