Update: I believe they call this employee "Big Red". He had hurt my feelings so I'm not sure if I'll return to this establishment.

If google would let me put zero stars I would. This establishment went down the tubes. An employee had said and I quote, "Eat my ass." I just wanted to eat my sandwich not ass, I also didn't receive fries. Needless to say, I am displeased with my service. Also, I found a heroin needle in the bathroom so...
The food is good, but there is a terribly long wait. Would eat here more if it was quicker. The staff is nice though.
Quality of the food and service is pretty good. They could be a bit more competitive with their pricing.
