After dining, you can browse through the two level gift shop with many unique decorative items for your home or cabin.
They've got super cute gift items here. But the best part is in their basement. The best little cafe with extremely good deals. Their wendorf salad is phenomenal and o my $5. They do a mean carrot cake too. It really helps that they have a kid area, entertained my 2 year old for quite some time!

This is a hidden jewel in Merrill. If stairs are a problem, enter through backside parking lot. Small cafe with home-cooked meals and wonderful desserts. Sometimes, I wish they had a wine license, but I pretend with water. The soups are always fresh and never from a can.
Friendly, good breakfast and lunch cafe.
