I needed both Air and Furnace put in and Chad did an excellent job. He got me my air going ASAP so I could sleep and the next day he was changing out the air conditioner....reason there was an oil leak in the first one but installed it just so I could be comfortable that evening.
Yes it may have been ok for several years but his quality was more important then the extra work he had to put in replacing it.
I would recommend Chad for his service and Honesty to do the job right.
