I ordered a box of wreath rings and a box of bows. I was unable to find out the shipping cost when I placed the order. I was surprised and shocked when my credit card bill came and the shipping cost was 70 % of the cost of the order. When I called Northwoods to find out why the cost was so high, I was told someone would get back to me. After 3 calls, no response. I have since ordered from Mitchell, with shipping being less far less than Northwoods.
And while on the phone with UPS where she told me I'd have to get in touch with them they have no record of my invoices... I called Greta back on 3 way with UPS and she then states that it is through fed-ex after waiting in hold with UPS for 30mins... talk about a headache and half..

Now I'm waiting on the phone with UPS for 20 min trying to figure how I can get at least 2 boxes rushed to me before my huge event this Saturday... they should have enough decency to let a customer know they didn't ship on time and ask if they still want the order!!! They suck.
I ask to speak to a manager and she says that he is not available to talk in the phone.. nor is the shipping manager Jonathan.. I ask if overnighting/rush is an option she says it always is but I will be responsible for the charge.. I spent almost $450 on these ring with the exception they would be delivered on time... they should cover the cost to make that happen in my opinion!!!! Greta then tells me I can cancel the order just send the boxes back!! I'm sure I'd be responsible for the shipping on that... I've order from them in the past but never again... that snotty attitude that I received and lack of responsibility is sickening... she then hangs up one me!!!!!! Seriously
Horrible customer service... ordered package on Monday told that package would ship that evening... called that evening to make sure it had shipped.. it had not! "package would be shipped following morning expected arrival Thursday" so I call today Thursday to make sure, I hoped to except delivery today and Greta informs me that the package just shipped on Wednesday... I have an event this weekend where I will receive no refund and now I have no wreath rings... sorry for your problem she tells me as she is talking over me.. At this point I ask her for her name and she says "I have not told you any wrong info and I'll tell you my name when I'm getting off the phone"...

I called back and asked to leave a message with the owner.. Greta says "sure what would you like to say and what's your name".. I tell her my name and state you just hung up on me... Greta says "I sure did!" Disgusting.. what a bunch of entitled a*holes..
