I was highly impressed with the whole car purchasing experience. From start to finish I was kept informed every step of the way. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. The worst experience we have ever had. If it wasn't for loving everything about the vehicle our sales would have been elsewhere. The sales person wouldn't directly answer questions that we would have, instead would "just beat around the bush"...at one point told us to look in the "bible", known as the manual. After our sale, the sales person didn't/wouldn't go over buttons or help us get things set up in the vehicle, such as on star. Detailing was terrible....could still see the circle from the year sticker. We made a deal on a monday, to be picked up on a saturday, and the keys weren't ready.... to than only getting one key FOB. The list of dissatisfaction doesn't even end there.... but bottom line is this place or service we received really made us feel like all they cared about was your money. And once they got that they basically said see ya and wouldn't anwser any more questions.
I was overdue by a few months for oil change. I also had a problem with a questionable oil, transmission leak. With the time constraint of going on a long trip I needed to have service in a few days. They were able to get me in the same day that I called for an appointment. I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional and accommodating. I have always had very good service there. All staff were courteous and explained all the procedures before working on my truck. I highly recommend their service and I feel that my truck was in good hands. I have bought my vehicle at Stark and plan on purchasing my next vehicle there.
